Easy Chicken Quesadillas

2 pounds of chicken cooked and diced
1 pound colby-jack cheese
1 can green chillies

Mix chicken, cheese, and chillies in a bowl.
 Butter outer sides of tortillas.
Spoon mix onto tortillas and brown each side.
Cool, cut, and serve.

This item freezes really well. To make a large batch and freeze some, double or triple recipe. Once all your chicken is cooked and diced mix with cheese and chillies. Separate your portions and freeze. The night before you are ready to make it, pull out and thaw in the refrigerator over night. The next day butter your tortillas and spoon mix onto the tortillas. Brown each side and cool. Cut and serve. Supper doesn't get much easier than this!
